O Deck restaurant  is offering  a gourmet cuisine, different season after season, inspired by french tradition as well as fusion food. 

Our chef is playing with local ingredients, and the menu  embraces products from Nantes (curé nantais cheese, carrots, fishes from the local fish auctions, beurre blanc, salted butter toffee...); in the kitchen  for everyone and every taste.
